Amar Sohal
A strategic Project and Programme Manager with over twenty years of experience helping organisations navigate meaningful transformation and change. He’s known for making complex challenges feel clearer and more manageable, guiding teams through demanding programmes with calm leadership and a genuine focus on building trust along the way.
With deep experience in the legal sector, Amar specialises in Legal Project Management, Target Operating Model design, and business process transformation. He has partnered with global law firms, including Baker McKenzie and NRF, in-house legal teams, and multinational organisations to strengthen governance, improve legal operations, and support people in delivering work that truly makes a difference.
He holds the APM Project Management Qualification and brings a thoughtful blend of structure, curiosity, and creativity to every engagement. Driven by a belief in doing things well and in steadily improving, Amar is committed to creating transformation that has a positive, lasting impact.
